Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Data Analytics or related field and 3+ years HRIS experience.
- Experience supporting HR system implementations or major enhancements.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience creating BI reports and dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Act as HRIS subject matter expert for the HRIS system and related tech.
- Configure fields, workflows, security, and perform UAT during upgrades.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides.
- Analyze data quality, produce dashboards, and support workforce analytics.
- Support data integration, audits, and governance across systems.
