Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience, with high school diploma.
• 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience.
• 1-3 years training experience in a GMP regulated field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems (Workday).
• Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment experience.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging trainings and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide employee relations support to local management to include counseling and employment disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Serve as the daily contact for site staff to handle employee relations issues including benefits, compensation concerns, or general employment questions.
• Conduct investigative interviews when employee complaints arise and determine appropriate actions from business, ethical, and legal compliance perspectives.
