Job summary

• Knowledge of benefits, recruitment, compensation, and general labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Employee relations, partner with managers/supervisors to assist with employee conduct and/or performance issues.
• Policy design, development and administration, benefits troubleshooting, and manage vendor relationships.
• Regulatory compliance and reporting, headcount, EEO1/Vets100 reporting, organizational design changes.
