Responsibilities

• Provide HR generalist support for site staff and policy administration.
• Conduct investigations and address harassment or misconduct.
• Advise on coaching, counseling, and problem resolution.
• Support recruiting team, interview, and approve offers.
• Manage regulatory compliance, reporting, and headcount data.
• Oversee compensation, promotions, merit increases, incentives.
• Maintain benefits administration and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate HRIS updates and payroll liaison.
• Drive Employee Engagement and training.
