Qualifications

• Six (6) months of entry technical level experience in human resource work equivalent to a Human Resource Technician 1 with the State of Alaska, or the equivalent elsewhere
• Substitution option: Graduation from high school or the equivalent and one (1) year of advanced clerical experience
• Substitution option: One (1) year of postsecondary education (32 semester hours or 48 quarter hours from an accredited college or university equals one year)

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to DFG staff
• Deliver journey level human resource technical assistance to DFG managers, supervisors, and employees
• Support DFG’s Recruitment by providing accurate human resource information to hiring managers and Fish & Game employees
• Provide technical support assisting with DFG’s recruitment
