Job summary

ADP is seeking an experienced HR Business Advisor to provide expert HR guidance to our client base. This hybrid position requires in-office work three days per week and remote work two days per week. The HRBA will deliver best-practice HR advice across the lifecycle, ensuring clients are informed and compliant while leveraging ADP products.

The role emphasizes on-demand advisory support, project work, and proactive client outreach to improve HR outcomes and service quality.

Qualifications

• BS in Human Resources or equivalent education in related field.
• 2-3 years HR experience, at least 1 year of generalist experience.
• Must be able to work flexible hours (Mon-Fri 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.). Position is non-exempt/hourly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries with HR best practices on federal and state law, compliance, employee relations, compensation, benefits, staffing and performance management.
• Educate clients on HR tools and ADP products to address immediate needs and strategic HR objectives.
• Schedule trainings and future meetings with clients when appropriate.
• Execute inbound and outbound client communications per ADP standards.
• Research HR topics and stay up-to-date on laws and regulations affecting employment.
• Support HR projects and content development to expand HR knowledge.
