You will assist with recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, performance management, learning and development, HR reporting, and compliance while maintaining confidential records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience providing support across multiple HR functional areas.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supports recruitment by posting positions and reference checks.
• Assists with onboarding and offboarding processes and employee records.
• Manages HR reporting, benefits administration, and compliance tasks.
• Maintains confidential personnel files and HR data.
• Provides administrator support for HR platforms and vendor invoices.
