Job summary

Gladstone is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support the employee experience through benefits administration, leave management, employee relations, and total rewards programs in a multi-location, hybrid environment.

You will work closely with employees, managers, and HR leadership, coordinate with brokers and vendors, travel between locations, and help maintain policies, HRIS data, and compliance while delivering responsive HR service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years HR experience.
• Experience with benefits administration and leave programs.
• Working knowledge of FMLA and general employment practices.
• Experience supporting employee relations matters preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly between Company locations.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Administer benefits programs and respond to enrollment questions.
• Coordinate FMLA, medical, parental, and other leaves.
• Assist with employee relations meetings, investigations, documentation, and follow-up.
• Support managers with performance documentation and attendance concerns.
• Maintain HRIS data and generate HR reports.
• Support onboarding, changes, transfers, and separations.
• Travel between locations to provide onsite HR support.
