Job summary

Daley And Associates, LLC is seeking an HR Operations & Reporting Specialist in Boston to oversee payroll coordination, timekeeping, scheduling and vacation tracking while building dashboards and reports for workforce insights.

You will partner with leadership to support planning, performance, and operational decisions, delivering executive-ready summaries and data visualizations with AI-enabled tools in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience supporting workforce operations, payroll, scheduling, analytics, or reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and data reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll, timekeeping, scheduling, vacation tracking, and workforce administration.
• Develop and maintain workforce dashboards and reports covering attendance, productivity, overtime, vacancies, and staffing trends.
• Partner with leadership to support workforce planning, operational decisions, and departmental performance.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and data visualizations to support business needs.
• Analyze workforce and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for performance improvement.
• Prepare executive summaries, presentations, and reports for leadership review.
• Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, Information Systems, and operational teams to support organizational objectives.
• Utilize technology and AI-enabled tools to streamline reporting processes and enhance decision-making.
• Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of workforce and operational data.
