Job summary

Daley And Associates, LLC in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to manage multi-state bi-weekly payrolls using ADP, reconcile entries in Workday, and support payroll audits. This hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 remote) offers a base salary of 90–100K plus bonus and profit sharing.

You will collaborate with HR and Finance on process improvements, manage fringe benefits, 401(k) elections, and respond to payroll inquiries while ensuring accurate ledgers and timely payroll delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of payroll experience.
• Experience with ADP and Workday (WorkForce Now preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state bi-weekly payrolls using ADP.
• Communicate with ADP on payroll issues.
• Prepare manual off-cycle payments.
• Enter general ledgers and reconcile payroll journal entries in Workday.
• Manage fringe benefits and deductions.
• Maintain 401k elections.
• Reconcile monthly bank statements.
• Respond to employee payroll questions.
• Assist with payroll and corporate audits.
• Support payroll-related projects with HR and Finance.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
