Qualifications

• 5–8 years of payroll experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Strong Excel skills and ability to handle confidential information

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state bi-weekly payrolls using ADP
• Partner with ADP to resolve payroll issues and discrepancies
• Enter and reconcile payroll journal entries in Workday
• Manage payroll-related items including fringe benefits and deductions
• Reconcile monthly bank statements
• Assist with payroll and corporate annual audits
