Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 4+ years of experience in workforce operations, payroll, scheduling, time and attendance, analytics, reporting, or business operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for payroll, timekeeping, scheduling, vacation tracking, and workforce administration.
• Develop and maintain workforce dashboards and reports covering attendance, productivity, overtime, vacancies, and staffing trends.
• Partner with leadership to support workforce planning, operational decisions, and departmental performance.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and data visualizations to meet business needs.
• Analyze workforce and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare executive summaries, presentations, and reports for leadership review.
• Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, Information Systems, and operational teams to support organizational goals.
• Leverage technology and AI-enabled tools to streamline reporting processes and support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of workforce and operational data.
