We are currently seeking candidates for an HR Operations & Analytics Specialist position with a world-renowned hospital located in Boston, MA. This role will support a range of workforce operations, including payroll coordination, time and attendance management, scheduling, vacation tracking, workforce reporting, and employee management dashboards. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience combining workforce administration and analytical responsibilities, preferably within the healthcare industry.
This is a 3+ month contract-to-hire position paying $40-$54/hour, depending on experience, based on a 40-hour workweek. The position follows a hybrid work model in Boston, MA.
Serve as a primary point of contact for payroll, timekeeping, scheduling, vacation tracking, and workforce administration.
Develop and maintain workforce dashboards and reports covering attendance, productivity, overtime, vacancies, and staffing trends.
Partner with leadership to support workforce planning, operational decisions, and departmental performance.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and data visualizations to meet business needs.
Analyze workforce and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare executive summaries, presentations, and reports for leadership review.
Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, Information Systems, and operational teams to support organizational goals.
Leverage technology and AI-enabled tools to streamline reporting processes and support data-driven decision-making.
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of workforce and operational data.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
4+ years of experience in workforce operations, payroll, scheduling, time and attendance, analytics, reporting, or business operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Healthcare industry experience preferred.
