Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking an Associate HR Operations Specialist to support our US and Canada workforce through the shared services model. In this role you will deliver customer service on HR programs, answer inquiries, and help keep data accurate while promoting compliant, efficient processes.

You will partner with HR centers of expertise, administer HR systems, and lead small improvements. A Bachelor’s in HR, strong communication, bilingual Spanish/English, and proficiency with HRIS like

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, related field, or professional experience equivalent.
• Experience in fast paced, high volume, customer support service role.
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English highly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with HRIS systems; Workday & ServiceNow preferred.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with extreme attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as a first and second line of HR support for US and Canada workforce.
• Resolve a wide variety of employee and manager issues, triaging and escalating as needed.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise and support HR services communications.
• Provide basic transactions support in the HR System and support audits.
• Lead small process improvements and design standard operating procedures.
• H Liaise with partners to interpret HR policies and ensure compliance.
