Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or combination of education and related experience substituted on a year-for-year basis.
• 1 year of professional HR generalist experience (Intermediate) or 2 years (Senior).
• Experience in academic medical centers and HR for faculty preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead HR and administrative operations for divisions within the Department of Surgery.
• Coordinate HR transactions, postings, and hires with Surgery HR and HRSS.
• Manage onboarding, pay, time collection, promotions, and faculty moves across divisions.
