Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. seeks an HR Manager for our Edison, NJ office with possible Marlton, NJ travel 1–2 times per week. Monday–Friday, 9:00–5:00 with salary range $55,000–$60,000. You will oversee HR functions, recruit for offices, manage licensing, and coach staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree with HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Heavy recruiting experience is required.
• Experienced in hourly employee relations is required.
• Highly professional, ethical with unquestioned integrity.
• Strong planning, organizing and decision-making abilities.
• Conscientious and demonstrated initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruits candidates for positions in assigned locations; selects staff and provides orientation for new staff members; utilizes broad range of recruitment sources to meet staffing and EEO/Affirmative Action requirements.
• Advises management regarding employee retention efforts.
• Ensures compliance with FLSA and other applicable HR statutes and regulations.
• Monitors applicant logs and establishes selection criteria for open positions.
• Keeps management and staff informed of new regulations and company policies related to HR; monitors progress toward affirmative action.
