Job summary

Insight is a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator with a people-first philosophy. We are seeking a Manager, Human Resources to serve as a key HR contact for policies, benefits, payroll and onboarding/offboarding at our Chandler, AZ location.

You will partner with the business on workforce planning, talent management and employee engagement while coaching managers on performance and development. This role offers a path for growth and broad administrative responsibilities across a global organization.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in human resources, including employee relations, performance management and talent management.
• Demonstrated success in building credibility and working relationships with client groups at all levels of teammates.

Responsibilities

• As HR Consultant, serve as a single point of contact for policies, benefits, payroll and onboarding/off-boarding.
• Provide broad administrative support to internal and external clients while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Coach and consult with managers on communications, performance management, resource management and policy interpretation.
• Partner with the business on workforce planning, headcount, attrition, retention and recruiting needs.
