Weir ESCO in Bucyrus, OH, is hiring an HR Manager to lead human resources across three sites with a hybrid work arrangement (4 days onsite, 1 day remote). You will shape workforce strategy, lead talent planning, manage employee relations, and use data to drive decisions.

Expect occasional travel to Covington, KY and Portland, OR as part of the role. The role emphasizes strong leadership, credibility, and hands-on problem solving in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven HR experience in manufacturing, blue-collar or heavy industrial settings.
• Ability to operate independently across multiple sites in a matrix organization.
• Experience with Centers of Excellence/shared services is a plus.
• Strong judgment, credibility and employee relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR leadership for three sites (Bucyrus on-site, Covington, KY and Portland, OR remote).
• Lead talent planning, succession and leadership development.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, performance, and change management.
• Use data to identify risks and opportunities and address workforce challenges.
• Coach site leadership and influence decisions in a matrix environment.
• Travel to Covington and Portland; primarily based in Bucyrus with regular on-site presence.
