The role emphasizes executive coaching, policy governance, and proactive employee relations, with a rare 3-day remote work option and full travel expense coverage for onsite requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree required.
• At least five years in a similar HR leadership role.
• Experience overseeing a team of HR professionals across multiple sites.
• Experience leading strategic HR initiatives and company-wide programs.
• Experience with Workers’ Compensation programs and compliance.
• Experience handling employee relations investigations and conflict management.
• Experience overseeing benefits administration and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide overarching strategic vision and operational leadership to HR across multiple sites.
• Direct enterprise-wide HR programs including leave management and compliance oversight.
• Partner with executive leadership to align talent strategy with business goals.
• Coach and develop HR leaders and managers to foster performance and growth.
• Develop and enforce scalable HR policies, SOPs, and risk controls.
• Lead investigations and drive proactive employee relations and culture initiatives.
