Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking an HR Generalist in Renton, WA with a hybrid onsite schedule. The role coordinates employee relations, onboarding, training, performance management, policy implementation, recruitment, retention and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience and a Bachelor's in Business Management or related field. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required; travel to sites will be required. Salary range is $80,000-$90,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience
• Experience supporting a unionized workforce is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee relations, onboarding, training, performance management, policy implementation, recruitment, retention and compliance
• Provide coaching to managers on employee relations and performance issues
• Conduct site visits and support pay activities and wage reviews
• Prepare reports and maintain personnel records for government reporting
• Assist with talent reviews, separations, and investigations
