Job summary

Vivie is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with leaders, advance people strategies, and provide operational HR support across locations. The role blends day-to-day activities with long-term planning to build a high-performing culture.

You will drive workforce planning, onboarding, coaching, and compliance, while leveraging HR data insights and HRIS tools to improve engagement and retention. This full-time position supports a hybrid onsite/remote work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and progressive discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Ability to pass state mandated background checks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Leaders to Advance People Strategy and ensure compliance with policies.
• Support Employee Development & Performance through coaching and tools.
• Drive Workforce Data & Planning initiatives with KPI tracking and HR technology insights.
• Provide hands-on HR support for managed sites including onboarding and benefits administration.
• Execute HR projects like onboarding/offboarding, HRIS integration, and safety compliance.
• Contribute to day-to-day HR activities and assist across locations.
