Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serves as the first point of contact for HR-related issues and onboarding processes.
• Manages staff hiring processes, including job descriptions, interviews, and background checks.
• Coordinates with Payroll, Benefits, and related offices to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
• Maintains HR data and records and provides confidential guidance on benefits and compensation.
• Supports UCPD hiring processes and onboarding for related vacancies.
