Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent field.
• At least five years in an HR Generalist role across multiple states.
• Experience handling sensitive employee information.
• Payroll, benefits, compliance and general HR practices.
• Experience using HRIS and maintaining accurate data.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organization and prioritization.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• High integrity, professionalism, discretion, and diplomacy.
• PHR or SPHR preferred but not required.
