Qualifikationen

• Payroll, benefits, compliance, and general HR practices.
• Experience with HRIS and maintaining employee data.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Integrity, professionalism, discretion, and diplomacy.
• PHR or SPHR preferred but not required.
