Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional HR experience in Washington State.
• Experience in a unionized environment with labor‑management relations.
• Experience with collective bargaining agreements and represented workforce.
• Ability to independently manage employee relations and day‑to‑day HR matters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR resource for Madigan Army Medical Center, satellite facilities, and other HHI operations.
• Provide HR guidance to leadership on employee relations, performance, attendance, conduct, policy interpretation, and other employment matters.
• Maintain knowledge of Washington employment laws and support compliant practices across operations.
• Manage employee relations matters from initial review through resolution, including investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Support labor relations and maintain constructive relationships with union representatives and management.
