Job summary

Medline is seeking an HR Generalist for an onsite role in Lacey, WA, Monday–Friday with flexibility for a multi-shift operation. You will partner with management to deliver HR services, guide on HR policy, handle employee relations, onboarding, and compensation processes, and ensure compliance with FLSA and state laws.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of HR Generalist experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Experience applying state employment laws to assess compliance issues.
Proven ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

Develop positive employee relations initiatives and coach employees and managers on HR policy.
Assess internal climate and advise actions to improve relations.
Conduct investigations, exit interviews, and provide management feedback.
Partner with Talent Acquisition in recruitment and selection.
Identify training needs and develop training programs while supporting onboarding.
Assist with salary/wage administration to ensure pay equity and consistency.
Ensure HR operations comply with applicable laws and manage leaves and worker’s compensation processes.
