Citrin Cooperman seeks a Human Resources Generalist to support our national Advisory practice from the Los Angeles Bundy office. This hybrid role delivers comprehensive HR services to staff and Partners across multiple service lines.

You will manage HR operations, onboarding/offboarding, recruitment support, employee relations, compliance, and reporting, partnering with HR leadership on complex initiatives. Travel up to 20% across CA offices is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive HR experience in professional services or corporate environments.
• Experience managing multiple HR processes and advising staff and managers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage HR operations and employee data in HRIS; ensure accurate records.
• Own onboarding and offboarding for assigned groups; coordinate new hire readiness.
• Support recruitment efforts and campus initiatives; assist with HR interviews.
• Advise managers on performance management and employee relations; escalate where needed.
