Citrin Cooperman is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Jr. Generalist to support staff and partners across our Southern California, Midwest & Southeast Regions.

This hybrid role will be based out of our Chicago office. You will handle HR operations, onboarding, recruitment support, employee relations and compliance, partnering with HR leadership to drive talent programs and ensure accurate records in HRIS.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or relevant field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a professional services or corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Analytical skills to review HR metrics and provide recommendations.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-centric mindset and collaboration.
• HR certification is a plus.
• Strong proficiency with HRIS tools.

Responsabilidades

• HR Operations & Administration: maintain accurate employee records and HRIS updates.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: manage onboarding/offboarding and support new hires."
• Recruitment Support: submit requisitions and support campus recruiting initiatives.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: respond to inquiries and support engagement and retention initiatives.
• Compliance & Policy: ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies; support audits.
