Qualifications

• Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, a related field, or the equivalent education and/or experience.
• Human Resource Management‑related professional certification preferred.
• Minimum of two years of Human Resources experience.
• Advanced organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Employee Relations: Handle general employee relations issues as they arise, with manager input as needed. Escalate and work with HR leadership.
• Employee & Manager Support: Respond to inquiries and counsel employees & leadership on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• HR Analytics & Reporting: Compile, analyze, and report on key HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and support decision‑making.
• Special Projects & HR Support: Assist with special projects, acquisition activity, audit preparation, employee event planning, timesheet review, and related tasks.
• HR Reporting: Develop and distribute reports for HR projects or functions to support the business unit.
• Compensation Support: Assist in determining pay rates, job descriptions, etc., within work areas.
• HR Engagement & Culture: Support engagement initiatives, recognition programs, team events to promote a positive culture.
• New Hire Administration: Assist with onboarding paperwork and HRIS data entry.
• Performance Management: Manage reminders for reviews and assist with pay change documents and coaching.
