Responsibilities

• Design and oversee core HR programs and scalable processes from the ground up.

• Manage day-to-day HR operations independently while pursuing long-term initiatives.
• Build and mentor an HR team as needs evolve.
• Partner with HRIS liaisons to maintain records and streamline administration.
