Job summary

Odyssey Logistics is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR leadership for our Managed Services division. You will partner with business leaders on talent strategy, workforce planning, employee relations, and compensation to support key objectives.

This role requires 5+ years in HR, experience across multiple states, and strong data skills using HRIS dashboards. A hybrid work model, collaboration with Corporate HR, and ongoing process improvements are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience in Generalist/HRBP roles.
• Experience supporting a multi-state workforce and US employment law basics.
• Proficiency with HRIS (Dayforce or similar) and MS Office; data-driven.
• Strong analytics and interpersonal skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partnership with business leaders on talent strategy and workforce planning.
• Advise on HR policies and talent solutions to address organizational needs.
• Support employee relations, performance management, and coaching for growth and performance.
• Support organizational change initiatives and workforce transitions.
• Lead or contribute to HR programs and measure impact with data dashboards.
• Use HR data to inform recommendations and drive continuous improvement.
