• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, public/business administration, psychology or related field.
• Driver’s license; SPHR/PHR or IPMA-HR certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Run full cycle recruitments and job analyses.
• Prepare recruitment materials and examinations; assess candidates.
• Develop class specifications and compensation studies; manage benefits.
• Provide payroll HRIS support and confidentiality in handling data.
• Assist in labor relations, budgets, and vendor/contract management.
