Job summary

Central Coast Community Energy (3CE) is seeking a driven Human Resources Analyst to join our team in Monterey, CA. The role covers full-cycle recruitments, job analysis, examination development, classification and compensation studies, and payroll HRIS support, with potential supervision of staff.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years in public HR, strong communication, ethics, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional/hr analytical work in the public sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, public administration, business, psychology or related field.
• Driver’s license required; SPHR/PHR or IPMA certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct job analysis and classification studies.
• Perform full-cycle recruitments and examinations development.
• Prepare recruitment materials and examinations; administer assessments.
• Support payroll HRIS and benefits administration; supervise staff as assigned.
• Interpret personnel rules, policies, and procedures; provide guidance to management.
• Prepare reports and analyze personnel data; support labor relations as needed.
