Priceline.com LLC is seeking an Associate Market Manager to grow Priceline and Agoda hotel partnerships, optimize inventory, and drive revenue by negotiating with suppliers and leveraging data analysis.

You will analyze market trends, train partners, and collaborate with internal teams to meet targets while traveling as needed. The role blends strategic account management with hands-on execution in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience; travel industry experience preferred.
• Proven track record in acquiring and growing long-term customer relationships.
• Strong interpersonal skills and influence with external and internal partners.

Responsabilités

• Build hotel supplier relationships and communicate Priceline and Agoda’s value proposition to grow bookings, room nights and revenue in assigned portfolio.
• Plan and implement effectively to meet/exceed defined targets and goals.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and assess market trends, partner performance, and competitor landscape.
• Review production with hotel accounts and present strategic recommendations to optimize hotel performance.
• Identify, negotiate and onboard non-participating hotels on favorable terms and conditions.
• Educate hotel partners on Priceline and Agoda systems, tools, programs and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal partners to complete business initiatives and drive market strategy.
• Prepare presentations and materials for external and internal meetings.
• Represent Priceline and Agoda in assigned market(s) and engage with key local influencers.
