Job summary

MyHouse Group in Hampshire seeks a Hybrid Customer Sales Consultant to attend pre-booked home appointments, perform assessments, survey properties, and provide tailored quotations. You’ll discuss finance options and help customers choose the best solutions, with no cold calling.

No experience? Full paid training and ongoing coaching are provided. You’ll earn £40,000–£66,000 OTE with uncapped commission, plus incentives and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional appearance and a customer-focused approach.
• Confidence in building rapport and closing sales.
• A willingness to learn and develop.
• A full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential).

Responsibilities

• Attend warm, pre-booked customer appointments.
• Carry out home assessments and property surveys.
• Provide accurate quotations and recommend suitable products.
• Explain finance options where appropriate.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through to sale.
• Process customer payments and complete sales documentation.
• Travel between customer appointments across your allocated area.
