MyHouse Group is seeking a Hybrid Customer Sales Consultant to join our growing home improvement team. You will attend pre-booked customer appointments at homes across Hampshire and surrounding areas, perform surveys, quote products, and discuss finance options to help customers choose ideal solutions.

No cold calling; every lead comes from our marketing and online enquiries. With training, coaching, and ongoing support, you can start or develop a sales career.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional appearance and customer-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Attend warm, pre-booked customer appointments.
• Carry out home assessments and property surveys.
• Provide accurate quotations and recommend suitable products.
• Explain finance options where appropriate.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through to sale.
• Process customer payments and complete sales documentation.
• Travel between customer appointments across your allocated area.
