Job summary

CMGT in Denham Springs, LA is seeking a Community Support Team Associate to join our in-office team. You will assist residents, handle calls, data entry, and keep contact records up to date.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of customer service experience, strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This hybrid role requires availability for in-office coverage at our headquarters.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience with data entry and front-office tasks.
• Bonus if you have multi-line phone system experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as backup in-office support team member.
• Handle inbound/outbound resident calls and action items.
• Verify and update contact information in Management software.
• Communicate effectively with residents.
• Monitor access codes check in/out for homeowners.
• Facilitate rental/reservations of Association amenities.
• Post and return mail processing.
• Attend meetings and perform tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
