Job summary

CMGT is seeking a Site Visit Specialist to travel across Gonzales, Ascension, Dutchtown and nearby areas. You will inspect communities, note issues, and support Community Managers with letters and vendor interactions.

Role requires a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and willingness to travel up to 100%. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; 95% on the road.

• Background check required.

CMGT is currently seeking a Site Visit Specialist in Gonzales, Ascension, Dutchtown and the immediate surrounding areas.

Job Duties for a Site Visit Specialist:

• Individual will critically examine each community, notating any issues in need of repair, correction, or attention. Attention to detail is a key part of this position.
• Must be highly comfortable utilizing software (i.e., smart phones, smart phone cameras, software, etc.)
• Other responsibilities include assisting Community Managers with processing letters, contacting vendors and assisting Corporate staff with data entry or other duties as assigned.
• Work will entail driving to and through communities up to 90% of the time. Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record as well as proof of current car insurance. Mileage will be paid.
• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
• Background Check required
• Must be willing to travel around the Denham Springs area and surrounding parishes.
• This position is 95% on the road.

Salary

• $14.00 per hourplus mileage
