Blue Mountain, an Associa Company, is seeking a Community Manager to supervise a community association, interact with homeowners, vendors and board members, and ensure smooth operations. This role emphasizes strong customer service, organization, and collaboration with the CSSC and branch teams.

The position requires 1–3 years in community management, a Bachelor’s degree preference, and CMCA is a bonus. Hybrid in-office/work-from-home schedule is offered, with potential travel to client sites as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of Community Association or equivalent experience preferred.
• CMCA certification is a bonus.
• Ability to commute to client sites and onsite meetings as needed.
• Knowledge of HOAs, real estate, and community operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation and administration of the Association per management agreement.
• Serve as liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners.
• Perform administrative and management duties per board direction.
• Advise on development and use of management tools (budgets, calendars, charters, etc.).
• Review monthly financial reports and present summaries to the Board.
• Recommend capital expenditures to maintain community appearance and operations.
• Monitor delinquency and collections processes for the portfolio.
• Attend Board meetings and community events as needed.
• Prepare Board packages within established timeframes.
• Notify Board of legal actions involving the Association.
• Maintain unit and contract files; assist with architectural reviews.
