Security Engineers, Inc. is seeking a High-Volume Recruiter to support our Chattanooga area operations. You will post ads, prescreen, interview, and manage our hiring database while coordinating with managers and attending events.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer service, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position offers paid training and opportunities across multiple states.

Formación

Position Overview: Start Date

As a High-Volume Recruiter at Security Engineers, you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition process. You will be responsible for prescreening applicants, conducting interviews, posting hiring ads to our company platform, and maintaining our online hiring database. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Report
• Must have a valid driver’s license from your state of residence.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in an SEI Office 3 days a week.
• Must be able to travel, on occasion, to different areas of the company.
• Must be self-driven to work remotely.
• Computer Literate: Basic or intermediate knowledge of computer systems and the ability to quickly learn new software
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
