Job summary

New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (NYC Health Department) is seeking a Clerical Associate to support the EI Systems team. The role involves processing document submissions for data correction, performing data entry into databases, and generating reports to aid issue resolution.

You will also conduct special projects as assigned, contributing to a health-focused administrative workflow. Reporting to the EI Systems supervisor, this position supports data integrity and reporting

Qualifications

• A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State's department of education or a recognized accrediting organization and one year of satisfactory clerical experience.
• Keyboard familiarity with the ability to type at a minimum of 100 key strokes (20 words) per minute.
