The role focuses on inbound support, basic troubleshooting, and collaboration with IT teams to resolve issues. The successful candidate will handle Windows OS, Office 365, and helpdesk tasks, with a strong emphasis on customer service and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Help Desk/Call Center role.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and standard support workflows.
• Ability to design and coordinate user training materials.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical assistance to end users for hardware, software and systems.
• Acts as a Level 1 support contact and escalates issues as needed.
• Performs basic PC, OS, and software troubleshooting and installation tasks.
