Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a technically skilled specialist to support Meritor heavy-duty truck components. The role focuses on phone and email troubleshooting, warranty adjudication, and customer service for client and customer contacts across North America.

Training is provided on all products; the position becomes hybrid after training, with on-site days and some work-from-home days. Automotive and electrical expertise plus ASE credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a contact center
• Proficient typing and strong data entry accuracy
• Clear, concise communication of diagnostic information
• Automotive or heavy-truck background in mechanical/electrical systems
• Experience with troubleshooting heavy truck components and warranties
• Familiarity with wiring schematics and electrical diagnostics

Responsibilities

• Provide technical product support via phone and email
• Handle warranty adjudication and claims processing
• Interact with client field operations and customer contacts
• Diagnose and troubleshoot heavy truck systems mechanically and electrically
• Maintain detailed documentation of cases and resolutions
• Possess strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
