Job summary

HearUSA is seeking a Hearing Care Professional to join its nationwide team. The role focuses on HearAssist services, including hearing evaluations, device selection, and remote fitting across states with licensure.

You will build patient relationships, conduct follow-ups, and maintain stock for efficient, same‑day fittings. Candidates should hold an active state license in Audiology or hearing aid dispensing and pursue multi-state licensure.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-centric audiology or hearing aid specialist role.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Clear written communication skills.
• Experience with customer service and grievance resolution.
• Ability to communicate detailed or technical information clearly, accurately and concisely.
• Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently in a fast paced environment.
• Active state license in Audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing; Gaining Multi-State Licensure required.
• 1–5 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid role: 90% HearAssist statewide, 10% in local centers; multi-state licensure preferred.
• Perform HearAssist hearing evaluations, hearing aid selection and remote fitting.
• Follow-ups, cleaning, checks and repairs; ear impression taking and earmold modification.
• Remote programming, shipping and adjusting hearing aids within licensure states.
• Demonstrate hearing aids during annual evaluations; maintain stock for 80% same-day fit rate.
• Comply with state laws, FDA guidelines, HIPAA, and QPG; document outcomes and referrals.
• Collaborate with leadership to grow center revenue.
• Pursue ongoing professional development in service delivery.
• Generate leads via outbound calling and community outreach quarterly.
