Job summary

HearingLife is seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join our team in a center-based role. You will deliver clinical expertise to diagnose and treat hearing loss, provide high-quality fittings, and guide patients in using their hearing aids effectively.

The role emphasizes patient care excellence, sales-driven growth, and collaboration with physicians. Benefits include PTO, medical plans, 401K, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

Active license required (Hearing Aid Dispensing or Audiology) per state requirements.
2+ years Hearing Aid sales experience or 2 years industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical expertise to diagnose and treat hearing loss while delivering a positive patient experience.
Conduct hearing tests, fittings, and educate patients on best practices for hearing aids.
Troubleshoot and repair hearing aids, earmolds, and related devices.
Drive practice growth while maintaining ethical standards and meeting KPIs.
Engage with the community through health fairs and physician relationships.
