Charlie Health is seeking a field-focused Outreach professional based in Ocala, FL. You will develop GTM plans, build relationships with clinical partners, and travel locally 4-5 days per week to meet patients, parents, and providers.

You will champion Charlie Health and expand partnerships while collaborating with marketing, product, and legal teams. The role offers competitive base pay with uncapped performance-based bonuses, reflecting location and experience.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years proven sales experience; KPIs ownership a plus.
• Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills; consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement GTM strategy for new market penetration.
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources in priority markets.
• Travel locally 4-5 days/week to meet with patients, parents, and providers.
• Design strategies to engage and support referral partners across channels.
• Deepen penetration across existing partnerships.
