Mass General Brigham is seeking a Technical Trainer I to lead both in-person and virtual training for new hire staff. The role partners with the department to identify training needs, develop materials, and deliver sessions to healthcare employees at various levels.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in adult education or curriculum design, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, and strong Microsoft Office 365 skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Adult & Continuing Education or Computer Science preferred.
• Equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years of experience in adult education and/or curriculum design required.

Mansioni

• Delivers instruction in the use of software and other technologies.
• Prepares lesson plans, including methods, materials, and documentation to be presented in class.
• Assesses users’ training needs and proposes solutions for a diverse training population.
• Designs and administers user proficiency assessments.
• Provides coaching to individual users as assigned.
• Maintains knowledge and proficiency through relevant educational forums.
• Participates in the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs.
• Provides input into the development of training curriculum.
