Cambia Health seeks Systems/Quality Analyst I-III to join IT Operations, supporting Facets application services across multiple offices. The role involves business, data, and product analysis, requirements gathering, and liaison work between developers and end users.

A bachelor’s in CS/Math/Business Admin with experience in requirements is expected. The position supports hybrid work with in-office days and has opportunities for growth to higher analyst levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Math, Business Admin or related field with 1 year of business/system experience developing requirements for projects.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Math, Business Admin or related field with 2 years of experience including structured analytical approach.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Math, Business Admin or related field with 5 years of experience including advanced methodologies and structured analytical approach.

Responsabilités

• Read and create structured specifications such as Technical Specifications and use cases.
• Read and understand design and business models with basic technical understanding.
• Write and read SQL queries and data models.
• Serve as liaison between development team and end users to deliver requirements.
• Contribute to deliverables including analysis and validation.
• Provide on-call support and monitoring as needed.
• Manage tasks on smaller work efforts within software development methodology.
• Develop knowledge of health care and insurance terminology.
• Provide time-based task estimates for small tasks.
