Job summary

The Intersect Group is seeking a Healthcare Client Manager to support hospital systems by improving contract utilization, identifying cost savings opportunities, and optimizing supply chain performance. Qualifications

• 2+ years of health-care supply chain, procurement, or account management experience.
• Experience supporting complex healthcare organizations or hospital systems preferred.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of healthcare supply chain improvement plans.
• Partner with Spend Executives and internal teams to drive contract adoption and maximize GPO value.
• Identify savings opportunities through contract optimization and pricing analysis.
• Analyze spend data and monitor contract performance to uncover opportunities.
• Collaborate with Category Managers, Product Advisors, and Analysts to implement supply chain solutions.
• Provide training and support to healthcare stakeholders on tools, reporting, and spend management strategies.
• Participate in client meetings and business reviews to communicate progress and recommendations.
• Monitor healthcare supply chain trends to support strategic recommendations.
• Partner with suppliers and internal teams to support contract initiatives and issue resolution.
