The role requires 5–7 years of purchasing/plan­ning experience, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and solid ERP/Excel skills to drive cost savings and service reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply chain or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience across purchasing, planning and supply chain.
• 2+ years of team management; healthcare procurement is desirable.
• Hands-on ERP/supply chain systems experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Buyers, Inventory Management Specialists, and Supervisors; scale operations across sites.
• Set staffing models and workload distribution across sites.
• Establish PO approval workflows and thresholds network-wide.
• Set inventory strategy to minimize stockouts and excess costs.
• Own receiving and delivery operations for main campus and sites; ensure service levels.
